My Style Camp has the right to cancel a class if there are less than 5 students enrolled in any session, camp or workshop/event. In this case, a refund will be made in full within 10 business days.

Is there a My Style Camp Waiver and when does it need to be signed?


Participants parents or guardians of students under the age of 18 years old agree to sign a My Style Camp waiver and release of liability prior to participating in any My Style Camp programs including but not limited to seasonal 6, 8, 10 or 16 week session camps, school break mini camps, birthday parties & or special events/classes/workshops.

What is My Style Camp’s Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Birthday Parties, Seasonal Sessions & NO SCHOOL Break Camps?

My Style Camp Birthday Parties:

We require 30% of the total fee at the time of registration for birthday parties. This deposit in non-refundable and reserves your date and space. Prices vary depending on the space the party is held and which project your child chooses.

We require at least 2 weeks notice for changes in date or time of the party. The balance is due 24 hours before your child’s party. At this time, we will ask for the total number of participants. If there are extra participants the day of the party you will be invoiced the same day to cover additional fees.

MSC Studio Parties: The minimum party size is 10 children, maximum capacity is 15 children. The party is drop-off only. We invite parents of children in for the last 15 minutes of the party to enjoy cake with the birthday child’s family and friends if desired.

Travel Parties: My Style Camp can come to you, whether you are local or live in the city. If we travel to a venue, an additional fee for travel and prep time will be added depending on distance to the venue. For travel birthday parties, we can staff a party of up to 30 children. More information on this is available in our packages.

My Style Camp Seasonal Sessions:

We ask for full registration payment on the first day of the session. 

If you would prefer to pay in installments, we are happy to invoice payments broken down into 2 or 3 installments. Email to inquire.

Trial classes are offered for first time students. Trial sessions are $40.00 for beginner classes and $50.00 for intermediate/advanced classes and include the 90-minute session, art supplies, and fabrics. Students should register for the My Style Camp session they are interested in, but don’t complete payment process. The parent can then notify us that their student is trying out before committing to the program and they will be invoiced the trial fee. Email to inquire.

If your child chooses to join the session after the trial class, payment will be due in full before the next class meets. The trial fee will be deducted from the session fee.  If you prefer to pay in 2-3 installments, please email to inquire.

We allow one make up class per any My Style camp seasonal session. Date and time of the make up class will be announced mid session. The class will take place before the fashion show to allow students to finish up any pieces they might still be working on.

My Style Camp NO SCHOOL Break Camps:

Payment is due in full at registration to save spot. These classes fill up quickly and space is limited so reserve your spot! Please email us at if you have any questions. This payment is nonrefundable .

Does My Style Camp offer Pro-Rated Options for Session Classes?


We offer pro-rated pricing if we are notified at the time of registration that your child will need to start at a later date or will need to leave at an earlier date. We want to accommodate you and your child’s busy schedule but need advance notice so that we do not disturb the flow of the session. Does My Style Camp offer Discounts for Siblings or Friend Referrals?

For each friend or sibling referred to My Style Camp who registers for a class or chooses to have their birthday party with us, you will receive a 10% discount towards your enrollment.  Please make sure to tell us you made the referral so we can issue the discount for the session.
