MY STYLE CAMP FAQ’s:
My Style Camp has the right to cancel a class if there are less than 5 students enrolled in any session, camp or workshop/event. In this case, a refund will be made in full within 10 business days.
Is there a My Style Camp Waiver and when does it need to be signed?
Participants parents or guardians of students under the age of 18 years old agree to sign a My Style Camp waiver and release of liability prior to participating in any My Style Camp programs including but not limited to seasonal 6, 8, 10 or 16 week session camps, school break mini camps, birthday parties & or special events/classes/workshops.
What is My Style Camp’s Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Birthday Parties, Seasonal Sessions & NO SCHOOL Break Camps?
My Style Camp Birthday Parties:
We require 30% of the total fee at time of registration for Birthday Parties. This deposit in non-refundable & reserves your date and space. (Prices vary slightly depending on the space we hold the party in & project) Our Birthday prices are per child. Depending on location we can hold between 15-30 max participants. We require at least 2 weeks of notice for changes such as date or time of party. The balance is due 24 hours before your of your child’s party. At this time we ask for the total number of participants. If there are extra participants the day of the party you will be invoiced the same day of the party to cover additional fees.
My Style Camp Seasonal Sessions:
We require a non-refundable 20% of the total fee deposit at the time of registration for Seasonal multi-week Session Style Camps. The balance is due the day of first class. If student is taking a free trial class and decides to join the session, payment will be due in full at the start of class number 2 of that session.
*We offer 1 free trial class for first time My Style Camp students during our seasonal session classes only. Students coming to the free trial class need to register for the session and note in comments that they are trying their first class for free. They can also email stacey@MyStylecamp.com to inquire. If they want to continue the session, payment will be due in full before the next session.
My Style Camp NO SCHOOL Break Camps:
Payment is due in full at registration to save spot. These classes fill up quickly and space is limited so reserve your spot! Please email us at stacey@MyStylecamp.com if you have any questions. This payment is nonrefundable .
Does My Style Camp offer Private Trial or weekly classes?
Yes! If your child would like a taste of a My Style Camp Class we are happy to come to your home and work one on one with your child to see if its a good fit. We also offer one on one packages. Please email stacey@MyStyleCamp.com if you are interested for details.
Does My Style Camp offer Playdates?
Yes. We have been offering playdates and will do at your home. We have adorable options. Please reach out to stacey@MyStyleCamp.com to inquire.
Does My Style Camp offer Make Up Camps?
We allow one make up class per any My Style Camp multi-week session camps only. Please note, make up classes require advance scheduling and will be depend upon the other students in the class availability as well as that of the location.
Does My Style Camp offer Pro-Rated Options for Session Classes?
We offer pro-rated pricing if we are notified at the time of registration that your child will need to start at a later date or will need to leave at an earlier date. We want to accommodate you and your child’s busy schedule but need advance notice so that we do not disturb the flow of the session. Does My Style Camp offer Discounts for Siblings or Friend Referrals?
Seasonal Sessions and Birthday Parties Referral Program:
For each friend referred and who registers, you will receive a 10% discount towards your enrollment.
Siblings will get 10% discount for any seasonal 6, 8, 10 or 16 week session camps, school break mini camps, birthday parties & special events/classes/workshops.
